Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is an individual who guides customers through the sales process into the support phase. Rather than functioning as a customer support agent, CSMs form a direct relationship with customers and provide them with timely value propositions. This helps customers grow and achieve goals while simultaneously strengthening their relationship with the business.

A Day in the Life Will Likely Include:

Act as personal cheerleaders for the business explaining to customers why you can meet their specific needs.
Onboarding new customers while educating them on how to use your product.
Following up on renewals CSM is to create loyal, repeat customers instead of one time users.
Encouraging upsells and cross-sells which creates an opportunity to introduce premium products and services.
Building relationships between customers and the support team making it easier for users to solve small or short-term problems.
Being the voice of the customer to ensure your company's decisions always consider the voice of the customer.
The Kajeet CSM will help create and maintain milestones for customer journeys, work with customers through the milestones, and record achievement/challenges against the initial plan
The Kajeet CSM will build and maintain a library of customer journeys, as part of an initiative for continuous improvement in customer journey, customer onboarding, and related successes

Sounds good? What You’ll Need to Land this Job:

Phone-based support experience.
4+ years of strategic sales experience in a technical and service-oriented business.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills combined with demonstrated experience in sales and account management and the ability to present solutions to client needs.
A high-level of drive, discipline, creativity and motivation.
Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
An ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented team environment.
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Excellent computer skills (including CRM systems, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
