Product Manager

This Product Management leader will be responsible for the life cycle product management of the Sentinel platform with a focus on expanding our addressable market and identifying differentiation opportunities. Sentinel is a cloud-based platform that serves as Kajeet’s flagship product to both the Education Enterprise markets. This position works hand-in-hand with the architects, development and executive teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. The leader will also be working closely with our customers and partners. This role is a full-time role in our McLean, Virginia office. This position reports to the Head of Product.

A Day in the Life Will Likely Include:

Driving the product vision and roadmap for your product.
Defining the market for new product offerings, identifying and documenting customer needs and evaluating the competitive environment.
Based on market research and customer interactions, lead the effort to develop clear product requirements for new initiatives and enhancements that will drive our Agile development process.
Assess new and emerging technologies, and evaluate how our existing portfolio can leverage these new technologies
Working cross functionally, represent the voice of the customer to Engineering, Operations, and Business Development.
Identify best of breed complementary technology and service providers with whom Kajeet might partner

Sounds good? What You’ll Need to Land this Job:

5-7 plus years of Product Management experience across both Fortune 500 and start-up environments in either a Product Management or engineering role
Experience evaluating the market, developing competitive intelligence, and pricing for SaaS based software solutions
Strong background in SaaS platforms. Experience with wireless industry infrastructure is a plus.
Experience in Agile development methodologies as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Other skills that would really be awesome:

Product Marketing experience developing pitch decks and sales material for SaaS based solutions
Willingness to travel to visit customers, attend and staff conferences
