Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for end to end management of multiple simultaneous client development projects. This position will team with a Solution Architect to deliver solutions on time and within budget which delight our clients. You will interact with our clients on a daily basis ensuring that the client team’s expectations are set and met for each project.

A Day in the Life Will Likely Include:

Program manage network and software development projects from inception through testing and release in an Agile development environment
Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
Direct complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and solution partners through all phases of the SDLC
Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters
See how things can be done rather than why they can’t be done
Communicate clearly with client and vendor teams in multiple diverse locations, ensuring that strategic and tactical deliverables are accomplished on-time.
Regularly conduct postmortems on capability delivery and ensure that the team learns from mistakes as well as victories
Always look for improving the way we get things done

Sounds good? What You’ll Need to Land this Job:

Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification is a plus
3-5 years experience in project management; background in customer care, wireless, and/or e-commerce preferred
Experience working in a start-up environment with strong “do it yourself” ethic and ability to wear multiple hats.
Proven ability to present and communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects
Exemplary core IT project management skills
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Good understanding of SDLCs including Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM
Extensive and advanced knowledge of business applications, software design, production support and test methods
